== History ==
Abunayyan Holding had been originally established as a family business by Abdullah R. Abunayyan. This man improved the agricultural sector by introducing Saudi to the diesel-powered turbine pump. So Saudi farmers could easily irrigates their lands instead of using livestock to extract water from wells. Continuing his revolutionary contribution, Abdullah challenged the limits and introduced the pressure-regulated pump for people to use it in their houses. By doing this, the company became popular for providing combined solutions for water, power, oil, and gas.〔("Al Arabiya Channel interview with Mohammed Abunayyan" ) from Alarabiya Channel (6 January 2015)〕
